Recruitment Specialist - Freelance, Full-Time - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to help our dedicated hiring team. He or She will be responsible for organizing, assessing, and completing daily targets for the assistant and client matches and creating ways to try to improve our hiring process and think with a data-first approach.

In Short

• Organize candidate data in internal databases
• Draft roles and responsibilities on behalf of clients
• Contact candidates through various communication methods
• Conduct candidate interviews
• Prepare job offer letters and negotiate contracts
• Assist with new hire onboarding
• Coordinate with other departments for candidate matching
• Achieve daily and weekly quotas
• Assist with full life-cycle recruiting
• Evaluate candidate experience and analyze feedback

Requirements

• 0-3 years of experience in recruitment
• Good communication skills
• Perseverance and determination
• Target oriented
• Professionalism and a willingness to learn
• A strong team commitment
• Must be willing to work the night shift: 9pm to 6am PHT
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Evidence of high confidentiality
• Ability to thrive in a remote work environment
