Requirements

  • Proven experience in talent sourcing or recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of B2B content creation landscape.
  • Experience with professional social media platforms, especially LinkedIn.
  • Proficiency in using Slack, Gmail, Intercom, Stripe, or similar tools.
  • A track record of building and maintaining professional relationships.
  • Must have a reliable computer setup and internet connection.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for the creator economy and B2B content.
  • Self-motivated with a knack for spotting talent.
  • Willingness to work Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend availability.
