The Client & Virtual Assistant Success Lead will ensure success for both clients and virtual assistants by coordinating strategies, leading interactions, and fostering relationships.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Executive Assistant.
  • Client success experience with a focus on satisfaction.
  • Experience in team coordination or mentoring.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Success-oriented mindset.
