Overview

We are looking for a skilled Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support, manage communications, and assist with appointment setting in a technology-focused environment.

In Short

• Home-based position
• Full-time schedule: Monday – Friday (06:00 AM - 03:00 PM AEST)
• Handle phone calls and emails (80% email, 20% phone calls)
• Manage administrative tasks like processing invoices
• Ensure effective communication and customer service
• Experience in the technology industry is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office tools required
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills needed
