Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in event coordination or administrative support.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Experience in facilities management is a plus.
  • Positive, customer-service oriented personality.
  • Advanced competence with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to multi-task and set priorities effectively.
