Soleo Health is seeking a Clearance Specialist to support our Specialty Infusion Pharmacy and work Remotely (USA). Join us in Simplifying Complex Care!

In Short

• Responsible for processing new referrals and verifying patient eligibility.
• Perform benefit verification of all patient insurance plans.
• Document all information related to coinsurance, copay, deductibles, etc.
• Calculate estimated patient financial responsibility.
• Initiate and secure prior authorization and medical review.
• Communicate with patients and referral sources regarding status updates.
• Assist patients with financial assistance programs.
• Generate new patient start of care paperwork.
• Must work Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm Eastern Time.
• Must have specialty infusion experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of home infusion specialty pharmacy experience.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care reimbursement guidelines.
• Strong multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
• Basic skills in Microsoft Excel & Word.
• Knowledge of CPR+ preferred.
