In Short

• Work remotely, Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm PST
• Complete prior authorization reviews for patient cases
• Review and comprehend patient clinical documentation
• Assist in creating clinical support packets for appeals
• Document clinical cases for authorization denials
• Maintain a library of clinical support resources
• Provide program support and stay current on payer requirements
• Assist with post-service insurance denials & appeals
• Participate in outcome programs including data entry and reporting
• Provide training to increase team knowledge on clinical practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or 3 years in a qualified position
• Experience with specialty infusion needs preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible communication style and team player
• Able to handle stress and manage time effectively
• Self-starter and results-oriented
• Competent in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Effective communicator across all organizational levels
