Clinical Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for the coordination, development, marketing, organization, and management of assigned program areas, providing clinical supervision and ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.

• Coordinate and manage assigned program areas.
• Provide clinical supervision to staff and interns.
• Conduct outpatient counseling services.
• Prepare and conduct therapy sessions for assigned caseload.
• Conduct intake assessments for new service recipients.
• Assist in developing individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor service recipient progress and update treatment plans.
• Maintain contact with referral sources.
• Assist in discharge planning and follow-up services.
• Monitor testing such as urinalysis and breathalyzer.

Requirements

• Master’s degree required.
• 2 years of post-licensure experience.
• Certification/Licensure: LISW, LCSW, LMHC, or LCPC.
• Effective communication skills.
• Knowledge of marketing techniques.
• Skilled in problem-solving and program planning.
• Ability to provide clinical supervision.
