Overview

Centerstone is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Specialist to join our Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) team, providing high-quality behavioral health services to individuals, families, and groups.

In Short

• Provide person-centered assistance to clients in developing life skills and personal goals.
• Coordinate client care with a multidisciplinary team.
• Assist clients in connecting to community resources.
• Provide crisis intervention/prevention to clients and their families.
• Maintain essential elements of the client’s clinical record.
• Teach and train clients in activities of daily living.
• Communicate effectively via written, verbal, and virtual methods.
• Knowledge of community resources is essential.
• Two years of professional experience preferred.
• Full-time position with competitive pay.

Requirements

• Associate's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Two years of experience or two years of college coursework in a related field may substitute for degree.
• Experience working directly with youth and families preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Time management and analytical skills.
