CAM Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Unite Us CAM Specialist is responsible for supporting the Pinellas County Coordinated Access Model (CAM) by utilizing the Unite Us Platform and other software vendors to streamline access to mental health and substance use disorder services.

In Short

• Follow contractual requirements for CAM clients seeking assistance.
• Conduct short biopsychosocial assessments and other screenings.
• Connect clients with appropriate services based on their needs.
• Correspond with service providers to facilitate a seamless experience.
• Conduct follow-ups with clients and service providers.
• Provide feedback to community organizations to meet program standards.
• Expand knowledge of community resources and services.

Requirements

• Masters prepared clinician or Bachelor’s degree with significant experience.
• Experience in conducting screenings and navigating behavioral health.
• Empathy and passion for helping vulnerable populations.
• Quick learner excited to become an expert in new technologies.
• Ability to work independently while following procedures.
• Friendly and compassionate communication skills.
• Resourceful and able to conduct online research.
• Bilingual or multilingual a plus.
