Overview

As a CRM Specialist at Wolt, you will be responsible for driving sign-ups and loyalty for Wolt+, our premium subscription service, by implementing and managing CRM strategies across multiple markets.

In Short

  • Work with the CRM Manager to execute the global lifecycle strategy.
  • Develop and implement global CRM campaigns across various channels.
  • Manage campaign execution and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Optimize campaigns using data-driven insights.
  • Design and run A/B tests for actionable insights.
  • Build and maintain dashboards for performance analysis.
  • Advise local markets on CRM initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
  • Experience with automated lifecycle campaigns.
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting data.
  • Experience with communication plans for marketing channels.
  • Adaptable and eager to learn.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Iterable, Braze, Salesforce, etc.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Looker.
