CRM Specialist - Remote

Overview

The CRM Specialist will be part of the Marketing team at Cabify, responsible for defining and implementing CRM strategies to achieve business objectives and enhance user engagement.

• Define CRM strategy based on business objectives.
• Ensure alignment of CRM strategy with full-funnel goals.
• Analyze results of local CRM strategies.
• Plan and execute multichannel campaigns using CRM tools.
• Identify areas for improvement based on data analysis.
• Coordinate with internal teams for campaign production.
• Communicate with local CRM leads for process improvements.
• Participate in meetings to identify local needs.
• Evaluate campaigns to drive business metrics.

Requirements

• Affinity with corporate principles.
• Professional background in Marketing, Communication, or Business Administration.
• Experience with CRM tools, ideally Braze.
• Analytical skills and data interpretation (knowledge of Tableau).
• Minimum 2 years in a similar role.
• Desirable: Background in tech.
