CRM Specialist - Remote

Overview

Cabify aims to make cities better places to live by improving mobility for residents, connecting passengers and drivers with just a button press. We are looking for a CRM Specialist to join our Marketing team for the Spanish market.

In Short

• Define CRM strategy based on business objectives.
• Ensure CRM strategy aligns with full-funnel objectives.
• Analyze results of local CRM strategy.
• Plan, control quality, execute, and deliver campaigns.
• Identify areas for improvement and propose tests.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely campaign delivery.
• Communicate with local CRM leads for process improvements.
• Utilize Braze effectively for CRM tasks.
• Ensure data integrity and efficiency in CRM database.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or similar.
• 2 - 4 years of experience in related roles.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (Required).
• Analytical skills and data interpretation (Tableau) (Required).
• Proficiency in Office and Google tools (Required).
• Knowledge of copywriting (Not Excludable).
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Liquid (Not Excludable).
