Overview

The Operational Excellence Specialist at Cabify will collaborate to achieve the mission and objectives for the markets of Argentina and Uruguay, ensuring the best service and experience for passengers and customers.

• Identify improvement opportunities in the customer journey.
• Understand friction points in processes and propose improvements.

Requirements

• Professional in Engineering or related field with at least 3 years of experience in process optimization or similar roles in tech companies.
• Proactive and autonomous individuals eager to drive change.
• Advanced skills in Excel / Google Sheets.
• Knowledge of BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Able to manage multiple fronts simultaneously and coordinate with various stakeholders.
