Global Total Rewards Manager - Remote

We are looking for a Global Total Rewards Manager to join our People team with the mission of reviewing, designing, and implementing Cabify's Compensation and Benefits policies to ensure equity, competitiveness, and employee motivation.

In Short

• Design and lead global compensation policies aligned with business strategy.
• Manage company benefits policy and employee agreements with providers.
• Diagnose, design, and propose various compensation models.
• Define salary bands for new hires, promotions, and movements.
• Conduct external competitiveness studies and compensation proposals.
• Oversee periodic salary reviews and increases.
• Participate in market salary surveys.
• Job valuation.
• Design and supervise the company's remuneration and salary gap report.
• Collaborate with other departments to adapt salary policies to business needs.

Requirements

• University degree (preferably in Business Administration or Labor Relations).
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience in the tech sector is a plus.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills.
• Knowledge of HR management software, preferably Personio.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, proactive, planning, organizational, strategic vision, critical thinking, impact and influence, results-oriented, teamwork, and continuous improvement skills.
