The successful candidate will train as a Travel Professional and specialize in Cabin Travel & the reservations process, ensuring a seamless experience for clients from an initial inquiry through to post-stay follow-up. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, a strong customer service focus, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Accurately manage and process incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online booking platforms.
• Provide professional assistance to clients regarding cabin availability, amenities, pricing, and local attractions.
• Ensure all guest information and preferences are communicated to relevant departments.

• Process payments and manage invoicing related to reservations.
• Identify opportunities to upsell services to enhance guest experience.
• Manage and resolve issues or emergencies during a guest's stay.

Requirements

• Must be 18 and coachable.
• Must have a phone; laptop preferred but not required.
• Good internet connection is required.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to manage clients' needs with little supervision.
• Eagerness and capacity to learn.
