Overview

The Clinical Program Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and coordinating new and existing client onboarding and clinical programs to ensure they are effectively implemented and aligned with organizational goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Proven experience in project management within a clinical or healthcare setting.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations is a plus.
• PMP or other relevant project management certification preferred.
• Experience with quality improvement methodologies preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems preferred.
