Program Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Program Coordinator provides comprehensive team, administrative, and project support to ensure effective overall management of accounts and execution of deliverables, directly supporting the Client Services Directors and Program Managers.

In Short

• Assist teams in addressing and responding to client requests and needs
• Coordinate electronic and paper file management
• Conduct research as requested
• Help fulfill client deliverables
• Coordinate preparations for client meetings
• Monitor and update project status
• Process client expense and honoraria
• Coordinate revisions for client reports
• Contact and follow-up on project/publication status

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 1-2 years' experience in project coordination
• Organizational and critical thinking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to perform basic research
• Comfort with working independently and as part of a team
• Professional and approachable demeanor
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with medical/scientific publications
