This role is your opportunity to shape how we understand car buyers, improve product–market fit, and ultimately strengthen DoneDeal’s position as the No. 1 car marketplace in Ireland. You’ll help define what success looks like—and build the engine to deliver it.

In Short

• Define and track KRs/KPIs for market share growth.
• Build and optimize the DoneDeal buyer funnel.
• Partner with Product teams to measure impact and uncover insights.
• Run A/B tests to validate improvements.
• Develop dashboards and reports to communicate performance trends.
• Forecast demand and analyze customer behavior.
• Establish regular cross-functional cadences to drive projects.
• Advocate for a demand mentality across the organization.
• Transform insights into actionable strategies.
• Drive clarity and structure in ambiguous situations.

Requirements

• 6+ years in Business Analytics or Product Growth roles.
• Experience with Product, CRM, and/or Marketing teams.
• Comfort with SQL and BI tools like Tableau.
• Strong skills in product analytics.
• Exceptional business sense and narrative conversion skills.
• Ability to influence others through insight.
• Meticulous with a keen eye for anomalies.
• Results-focused attitude.
• Strategic thinking across systems.
• Strong storytelling ability with data.
