The Sr. Analyst, Growth plays a major role in coordinating Evergreen’s efforts to develop value-based partnerships in the healthcare sector, focusing on improving patient outcomes for those living with kidney disease.

• Coordinate growth strategy activities for value-based partnerships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 3 years of post-undergraduate experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Project management experience with attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic data and financial analysis skills.
• Intermediate MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Able to work in a rapidly changing startup environment.
• Ability to work from a dedicated space to ensure confidentiality.
