Overview

We’re looking for a dedicated and proactive Customer Success Executive to join the Dealer Success team at DoneDeal. In this role, you will take an active approach to building and maintaining strong relationships with our motor dealer customers, ensuring they are set up for success and getting the most value from their DoneDeal subscription and our full suite of products.

In Short

  • Join a dedicated Customer Success team focused on dealer relationships.
  • Assist with onboarding and technical troubleshooting for customers.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to lead dealer portfolios.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment requiring organization and proactivity.
  • Represent the voice of customers and advocate for their needs.
  • Utilize tools like Intercom and Salesforce effectively.
  • Engage with customers across multiple channels (chat, email, phone).
  • Drive continuous improvements and share insights with the team.
  • Contribute to long-term client relationships alongside the Sales team.
  • Participate in cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, and Engineering.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Proficiency with technology and customer support tools.
  • Strong collaboration skills with sales and marketing teams.
  • Ability to manage customer queries efficiently.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Motivated to engage with customers for their success.
