Overview

We are seeking a proactive Customer Success Executive ready to make a significant impact. This role requires a "DOER" who can champion client portfolios, forge lasting partnerships, uncover growth opportunities, and proactively safeguard retention.

In Short

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client's business, needs, and goals.
  • Support the onboarding of new clients, ensuring quick adoption and strong early outcomes.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to assess satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Anticipate and identify potential churn risks, working proactively to address them.
  • Monitor client usage, engagement, and satisfaction using internal tools and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Manage CRM records and documentation with timely updates.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or B2B Sales.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, as well as client empathy.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), G-Suite, and basic project tracking tools like Asana, ClickUP, Trello.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment.
