Overview

As an Associate - Client Services at Savvital, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our clients by managing administrative and operational tasks primarily within the insurance sector.

• Use EZLynx for quoting, requoting, managing policy information, and assisting with client communication.
• Perform general administrative tasks such as managing calendars and scheduling appointments.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring timely communication.
• Assist in coordinating virtual meetings, including scheduling and preparing materials.
• Effectively prioritize client tasks and manage deadlines.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their processes.
• Address client complaints, analyze issues, and suggest resolutions.
• Prepare and share accurate price quotes using EZLynx.
• Generate reports and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with EZLynx is required.
• A 4-year Bachelor's degree is preferable in relevant fields.
• Previous experience in the insurance industry is strongly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
