Overview

Interpolitan Money is seeking an enthusiastic and organised Client Services Executive to provide high-quality service to clients across multiple time zones, ensuring seamless and personalised interactions.

In Short

• Handle inbound client queries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Deliver tailored solutions reflecting luxury service standards.
• Ensure KYC, compliance, and CRM data accuracy.
• Engage with new clients during onboarding.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and escalate strategic accounts.
• Support clients across various regions and time zones.
• Collaborate with the Client Strategy & Insights team.
• Capture client feedback to improve service quality.
• Work on a shift basis covering 5am to 10pm.
• Flexibility to work remotely during early and late shifts.
