Client Services Associate - Remote

Overview

As a Client Services Associate I, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding experience to our clients, including healthcare providers, patients, and partners, leveraging your biotech or diagnostics expertise.

In Short

• Act as the primary point of contact for high-volume client inquiries.
• Utilize biotech knowledge to provide expert guidance on test orders.
• Support test volume growth by assisting with client onboarding.
• Provide exceptional customer experience by resolving complex client concerns.
• Contact physicians to obtain missing information for orders.
• Educate healthcare providers and patients on company services.
• Assist the field team with prompt inquiries.
• Maintain and update client records in SalesForce and LIMS.
• Identify client feedback trends to recommend process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and CLIA regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences or similar discipline preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in customer service in biotech or life sciences.
• Experience supporting sales teams and handling high-volume communication.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of healthcare regulations and laboratory testing workflows.
• Prior experience in the Oncology space is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively.
