As a Client Services Associate, you will work remotely to book incredible vacations for leisure and corporate clients worldwide, helping them create unforgettable experiences.

In Short

• Research, design, and execute customized travel itineraries tailored to clients’ needs.
• Review client preferences, budgets, and travel goals to create personalized trip plans.
• Book a variety of travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car rentals, cruises, tours, and events.
• Communicate effectively with clients before, during, and after their trips.
• Address and resolve any client issues that arise throughout the travel process.
• Participate in ongoing training to earn certifications and stay updated on travel industry trends.
• Attend webinars with vendors and suppliers to specialize in specific destinations and travel types.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable internet access and a computer (or smartphone).
• Background in hospitality, customer service, or sales is a plus.
• Personal travel experience is a bonus.
