Client Services Associate - Remote

Overview

The Client Service Associate is responsible for assisting the Financial Advisor and servicing clients with a full line of investment products in a financial planning setting.

In Short

• Assist Busey Wealth Management in meeting organizational goals.
• Communicate positively with clients and make outbound calls to schedule appointments.
• Prepare necessary paperwork for client appointments.
• Maintain Client Relationship Management and reporting systems.
• Handle incoming correspondence, checks, mail, and emails.
• Prepare letters and forms for servicing clients and prospecting new clients.
• Review daily reports from Raymond James Financial Services.
• Forward account information to Branch Manager for processing.
• Maintain strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Obtain Series 7 & 66 license within 6 months of hire.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or related experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently.
• Problem-solving skills under time pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and investment software.
