Overview

The Treasury Management Support Specialist II will provide support for commercial deposit and treasury management services, working with various stakeholders to address inquiries and maintain services.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in bank operations.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to change and solve problems.
• Experience with PC operating systems.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to maintain focus in a fast-paced environment.
• Desire to improve departmental efficiencies.
• Experience in identifying customer needs.
