Client Service Associate - Remote

Overview

The Client Service Associate is responsible for assisting the Financial Advisor and servicing clients with a full line of investment products in a financial planning setting.

In Short

• Assist Busey Investments Services and Wealth Management.
• Communicate positively with clients and make outbound calls.
• Prepare necessary paperwork for client appointments.
• Maintain Client Relationship Management (CRM) and reporting.
• Process incoming correspondence and respond to client inquiries.
• Handle financial operational issues with statements and transactions.
• Review daily reports from Raymond James Financial Services.
• Prepare letters, forms, and reviews for servicing clients.
• Requires strong oral and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or related experience required.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently.
• Problem-solving skills under time pressure.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and investment software.
• Obtaining Series 7 & 66 license preferred within 6 months.
