Requirements

• High School diploma required.
• 2 years of banking experience with lending responsibilities.
• 1 year of previous training or mentorship experience.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Basic math and accounting functions knowledge.
• Ability to explain products and services to customers.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to perform duties under time pressures.
• Must maintain current registration with NMLS if lending.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
