Overview

As a Banker at Busey, you will strengthen customer relationships by engaging in sales conversations and recommending products to support customers' financial wellbeing.

In Short

• Identify customers’ financial needs and sell appropriate products.
• Service customer accounts and proactively communicate with customers.
• Make sales referrals to meet customers’ financial needs.
• Assist with Teller duties as needed.
• Requires strong sales and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of bank compliance and operational policies.
• Ability to assess customer needs and provide impactful solutions.
• Requires a High School diploma and previous banking/sales experience.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Must maintain registration with the NMLS if lending.
