Overview

The Relationship Banker identifies customers' needs through the bank’s retail sales process to provide proactive sales solutions and enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Minimum of 2 years of retail sales or customer service experience.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional customer service ability.
  • Well-organized with time management skills.
  • Demonstrated financial services product knowledge.
  • Ability to communicate with tact and diplomacy.
  • Proficient with internet user-level technology.
  • Associates degree preferred.
  • Bilingual based on branch needs preferred.
