The Relationship Banker identifies customers' needs through the bank’s retail sales process to provide proactive sales solutions and enhance customer experiences.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2 years retail sales or customer service experience.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to demonstrate exceptional customer service.
• Well-organized with time management skills.
• Proficient in financial services product knowledge.
• Ability to communicate tactfully with customers.
• Bilingual skills preferred based on branch needs.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift objects weighing up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to read fine print and interact face-to-face with customers.
