Relationship Banker II - Remote

Overview

As a Banker at Busey, you will strengthen customer relationships by engaging in sales conversations and recommending products designed to support the customer's financial wellbeing.

In Short

• Engage in sales conversations with customers.
• Identify financial needs and recommend appropriate products.
• Service customer accounts and ensure financial needs are met.
• Make sales referrals to various areas of the corporation.
• Assist with Teller duties as needed.
• Maintain compliance with banking policies.
• Learn and operate basic office equipment and banking systems.
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Requires a High School diploma and previous banking/sales experience.
• Must maintain active registration with NMLS if lending.

Requirements

• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Knowledge of bank compliance and operational policies.
• Ability to accurately count money and explain products.
• Experience in cash handling is preferred.
• Ability to perform duties under time pressure.
• Basic math skills required.
