Overview

The Regional Banking Relationship Manager III is responsible for acquiring new business relationships and developing existing ones with a focus on providing insights and guidance to business owners.

In Short

  • Acquire new business relationships and deepen existing ones.
  • Manage a portfolio of 30 to 80 clients with sales sizes from $2 MM to $50 MM.
  • Cross-sell and negotiate pricing and fees.
  • Build strong relationships with business owners.
  • Coordinate loan approvals and collaborate with internal partners.
  • Conduct quarterly portfolio reviews and monitor loan renewals.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for business solutions.
  • Maintain a robust external referral network.
  • Ensure adherence to pricing discipline and credit quality standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years in Business Banking or Commercial experience.
  • Analytical, credit, and negotiating skills.
  • Experience in outside financial sales and business development.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of bank policies, procedures, and products.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • PC skills.
