Overview

As a Relationship Manager at Fiserv, you will play a critical role in leading the overall business relationship with a portfolio of clients, ensuring customer loyalty and satisfaction while driving revenue growth.

• Serve as the primary contact for clients' executive and senior-level managers.
• Manage and grow relationships strategically and consultatively.
• Obtain assigned sales quota through contract renewals and sales of products and services.
• Maintain day-to-day operations for assigned client portfolio.
• Retain customers through proactive contacts and follow-ups.
• Understand customers' needs while promoting a positive company image.
• Meet or exceed corporate goals regarding revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction.
• Travel up to 60% as required.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in the Financial Services or Banking industry.
• Proven ability to interface with senior management or executives.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communications.
• Knowledge of business operations in the financial/technology industry.
• Experience managing relationships with large organizations is a plus.
• Knowledge of Salesforce or similar eCRM tools.
