Overview

This role involves identifying customers' needs through the bank’s retail sales process to provide proactive basic sales solutions and manage customer relationships effectively.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Minimum 2 years of retail sales or customer service experience.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional customer service abilities.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of financial services products.
• Ability to communicate with tact and diplomacy.
• Proficiency with internet user-level technology.
• Associates degree preferred.
• Bilingual skills based on branch needs preferred.
