Overview

The Relationship Banker identifies customers' needs through the bank’s retail sales process, providing proactive basic sales solutions and referrals for complex needs, while specializing in enhancing the branch customer experience.

• Identify customer needs through outreach and sales interactions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Minimum of 2 years in retail sales or customer service.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to demonstrate exceptional customer service.
• Well-organized with time management skills.
• Demonstrated financial services product knowledge.
• Proficient with internet user-level technology.
• Ability to communicate tactfully with customers.
• Associates degree preferred.
• Bilingual based on branch needs.
