Overview

The Risk & Payments Operations Manager at BetMGM will oversee the management of the Risk & Payments Operations teams, ensuring performance aligns with service level agreements while optimizing processes and resources.

• Manage day-to-day operations of Risk & Payments teams.

Requirements

• Strategic leadership skills with a focus on team development.
• Experience in managing large teams (3-5 years preferred).
• At least 12 months in a senior KYC/Payments/Risk role.
• Strong understanding of Risk & Payments procedures.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
