Technical Recruiter - Remote

Overview

We’re hiring a Technical Recruiter to help us scale our software engineering organization and Forward Deployed AI Engineering team, in Sydney, Australia, the US and London.

In Short

• Run full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across functions and levels.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify needs, shape roles, and build effective processes.
• Source and help close high-caliber talent, particularly in the Sydney market.
• Deliver great candidate experiences with timely comms, clarity, and context.
• Partner with the leadership team to refine our employer brand.
• Keep pipelines and systems clean and up to date (we use Ashby).
• Collaborate with and coach interviewers and hiring managers as needed.

Requirements

• 4-7+ years of experience hiring engineers at top startups or technical companies.
• Experience filling roles across full-stack, infra, AI, and solutions engineering.
• Experience in environments with high hiring bars and high velocity.
• Comfortable juggling multiple searches while keeping things thoughtful and personal.
• Strong outreach writing skills and ability to conduct high-signal screens.
• Organized, warm, responsive, and comfortable working autonomously across time zones.
