Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in tech or SaaS.
• Comfortable in a remote-first, asynchronous setup.
• Proactive sourcer with experience in technical and non-technical roles.
• Skilled at balancing speed and quality in hiring.
• Data-driven with metrics like time-to-fill and candidate pipeline effectiveness.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Well-organized with the ability to juggle multiple roles.
• Experience in building diverse candidate pipelines.
