As a Technical Recruiter at Asymmetric Research, you will manage the full recruitment cycle for technical roles in a fully remote environment, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

In Short

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for global technical roles.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines.
  • Proactively source candidates using various channels.
  • Partner with hiring managers to forecast hiring needs.
  • Train team members on interview best practices.
  • Collaborate with the ecosystem to identify talent.
  • Track pipeline health and hiring metrics.
  • Support People Operations tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-cycle technical recruitment experience.
  • Proven success hiring for Security Engineers or TPM roles.
  • Strong sourcing skills and proactive pipeline building.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiar with Boolean sourcing techniques and tools.
  • Organised, data-driven, and passionate about hiring.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working across timezones.
  • Preferred candidates in European or Eastern Standard Time zones.
  • Nice to have: Experience in Human Resources or People Operations.
