Requirements

  • 2+ years in sales operations or business analysis.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets expertise - pivot tables, complex formulas, data modeling required.
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to identify process inefficiencies and solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills - can present complex data insights to leadership clearly.
  • Data visualization tools experience (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) is a plus.
  • B2B sales environment background supporting sales teams directly is a plus.
  • Sales forecasting and pipeline management experience is a plus.
  • Cross-functional project coordination between sales/marketing/success teams is a plus.
  • Previous experience working in SaaS companies is a plus.
