Overview

This role involves supporting Sales and Lead Generation teams by ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness. You will work closely with the Sales Operations Manager to enhance workflows and processes.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in Sales Operations or similar role.
  • Proficient in CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot.
  • Experience managing lead flows and maintaining data accuracy.

  • Ability to communicate effectively and guide process changes.
  • Proactive and adaptable in a high-growth environment.
