UX Researcher - Remote

Overview

In this role, you will be a key contributor on a fast‑moving UX Research team focused on evaluating and improving user experiences across productivity and AI‑powered features within a large‑scale software ecosystem.

In Short

• Lead and support mixed‑methods research focused on AI‑assisted experiences.
• Design and execute multiple concurrent UX research projects.
• Conduct rapid qualitative and quantitative research to inform product direction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a research‑centric field; Master’s preferred.
• 3–4 years of professional experience as a UX Researcher.
• Mixed‑methods UX research experience.
• Experience conducting UX benchmark studies.
• Strong statistical understanding.
• Hands-on experience using remote UX research platforms.
• Experience researching AI‑driven products.
• Exceptional project management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to solve complex problems and make thoughtful tradeoffs.
