UX Researcher - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a UX Researcher who can help our product teams understand our users, test ideas early, and make evidence-based decisions. This is a temporary position for 1 year only.

In Short

• Plan and run user research projects from start to finish.
• Manage research operations including participant recruitment and scheduling.
• Analyse and communicate findings in clear, actionable ways.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers.
• Help scale research processes and tools.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in user research or research operations.
• Proven ability to run qualitative studies independently.
• Experience with research tools such as Lyssna, Hotjar, Typeform.
• Strong communication skills in English and German.
• Familiarity with agile, cross-functional teams.
• Curious and structured researcher with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to manage research operations effectively.
• Proactive and organized with ownership of research questions.
