Tala is on a mission to unleash the economic power of the Global Majority by providing financial services to underserved populations. As a UX Researcher, you will help drive insights that inform product decisions and enhance customer experiences.

In Short

• Contribute to the growth of Tala’s Mexico business.
• Support and execute user research studies and consumer research.
• Assist in end-to-end mixed method research activities.
• Synthesize research findings to identify customer pain points.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in user research.
• Experience in consumer fintech or digital companies.
• Ability to execute and analyze research studies.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Experience in coordinating team activities.
• Proven collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
