UX Researcher - Remote

In Short

• This position is fully remote/home based.
• Work closely with product teams to identify and oversee UX research initiatives.
• Conduct in-depth interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Synthesize and analyze research findings to generate actionable insights.
• Promote user-centered design principles throughout the product development cycle.
• Mentor designers in conducting independent research.
• Establish and oversee a research program.
• Communicate findings and present recommendations effectively.
• Knowledge of scholarly publishing is desirable.
• Ability to work independently.

Requirements

• Related degree is preferred.
• Previous experience and a strong portfolio are required.
• Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Ability to apply research methods effectively across diverse situations.
