Anaplan is seeking a UX Researcher to join their global UX team, focusing on optimizing business decision-making through user insights.

In Short

• Collaborate with designers and product managers to determine research objectives.
• Prepare research plans, define metrics and outcomes, and execute user studies.
• Conduct research using moderated interviews, usability testing, card sorting, workshops, and surveys.
• Analyze data from diverse sources to generate insights.
• Create task flows, personas, journey maps, and research reports.
• Support and educate designers and product managers on research methods.
• Contribute to evolving research processes and tools.
• Communicate findings effectively through storytelling.
• Recruit and manage logistics for participant sessions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience leading UX research projects.
• Passionate about analyzing qualitative and quantitative data.
• Skilled in usability testing, interviews, and journey mapping.
