  • Manage a portfolio of customers focusing on adoption, expansion, retention, and ROI.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the value delivery lifecycle.
  • Identify customer pain points and guide them on using Anaplan.
  • Lead Quarterly Success Reviews (QSRs) with executive sponsors.
  • Expand Anaplan usage through workshops and new use cases.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally.
  • Identify renewal risks and partner on mitigation plans.
  • Advise on establishing a Center of Excellence.
  • Contribute to customer success assets and playbooks.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer success, presales, or management consulting.
  • Background in Enterprise Performance Management, Enterprise Planning, or Analytics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in Technical Customer Success or SaaS platforms.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
  • Familiarity with software development processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent in Finnish.
